China Exim finances $1.89bn stake in Israeli agro group

The Export-Import Bank of China (China Exim) has been advised by Scottish law firm MacRoberts on its $1.89 billion loan to China National Agrochemical Corporation to buy a 60% stake in ADAMA Agricultural Solutions, an Israeli manufacturer and distributor of crop protection products.
