Shell sells $4.7bn assets in fresh bid to cut debt
Royal Dutch Shell has sold fields in the North Sea and Thailand in a $4.7 billion move to reduce debt. The divestments include the sale of about half of its North Sea oil and gas assets for up to $3.8 billion to Chrysaor Holdings.
