Swiss firms start construction of PV project in Portugal

Swiss companies EKZ and Smartenergy have started the one-year construction of their €35 million ($41 million) Morgado de Arge Photovoltaic Plant (Cotovio) in Portimao, Portugal. The 100 hectare site will generate 90,500MWh of solar capacity annually.
