US DoT awards $220m in grants to ports

The US Department of Transportation's Maritime Administration has awarded $221 million in port infrastructure grants to projects in 15 states as well as the US Virgin Islands. Texas and Washington each received two grants. The largest grant is $21.9 million to St Thomas in the US Virgin...
