Sonangol looking for further pre-financing

Angolan state-owned oil company Sonangol is preparing to borrow funds in the coming months as it seeks to improve its debt profile. A group of Chinese banks are rumoured to have been approached over the what is expected to be a pre-financing, as Sonangol still owes around $13 billlion in facilities...
