Sri Lanka raising infra debt

The government of Sri Lanka has mandated Bank of Baroda, Deutsche Bank, Indian Bank, Qatar National Bank, State Bank of India and SMBC to lead arrange a $1 billion three-year loan to fund infrastructure projects. The borrower will be the Sri Lankan Ministry of Finance. The deal will be launched...
