The Board of Directors of Alpiq Holding has appointed Luca Baroni as the new CFO of the Alpiq Group, to replace Thomas Bucher by November 1. Baroni has been CFO at BLS AG in Berne since 2017 and prior to that was CFO at Swissgrid.
