Fintech set to buy stake in Mexican airport operator

The board of Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte (OMA) has approved an offer for the acquisition of a 25% stake by Fintech affiliate Aerodrome Infrastructure for $670 million. The OMA group controls 13 airports in Mexico
