Longroad's Sun Streams 2 financing closed

Longroad Energy Holdings closed a combined $131.9 million term loan and L/C to finance its greenfield Sun Streams 2 project last month. The 150MW solar PV project in Maricopa County, Arizona, is fully contracted under a long term PPA and was acquired by Longroad from First Solar in February 2021...
