Most SMEs in US and Europe would switch banks for instant payments

The majority of SMEs in the US and Europe would consider switching banks if they were offered real-time payments, according to a YouGov poll sponsored by payments provider ACI Worldwide. The proportion was as high as 90% in Italy, compared with 65% in the US, 75% in France and 58% in Germany.
