Cocobod needs $400m after $1.8bn loan runs out early

The Ghana Cocoa Board (Cocobod) needs about $400 million in bridge financing to cover the rest of the cocoa season after a $1.8 billion loan ran out early. Much of the loan money had gone to road construction contracts.
