Port of Antwerp to launch RFP for Churchill site

The Port Authority is set to seek Request for Proposals following the decision by Energy Recovery Systems (ERS) to cancel the option on the site. ERS was planning a €3.7 billion project to produce green fertiliser but was unable to meet the milestones it had agreed with the port.
