TotalEnergies and Duke win Carolina offshore wind leases

The US Department of the Interior has announced that the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management's (BOEM) Carolina Long Bay wind auction drew winning bids totalling $315 million. The auction offered two lease areas off the Carolinas coast that could accommodate 1.3GW of capacity if fully developed....
