SME optimism about trading overseas declines

Optimism among SMEs is high in the US but takes a downturn when they look at expanding overseas, new analysis from American Express and foreign exchange firm OFX shows. SMEs' optimism about doing business overseas has fallen to 57%, from as high as 96% in 2016, according to OFX.
