Ireland launches new phase of social housing PPP

A new phase of Ireland's Local Authority social housing Public-Private Partnership programme has been launched with the aim of adding 1,530 new homes delivered across a number of local authorities. The scheme will deliver 780 new social homes solely in the Dublin City Council (DCC) area....
