Kaizen Discovery signs MoU for Peru copper-gold project

Canadian mineral exploration and development company Kaizen Discovery has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with ITOCHU Corporation of Japan. ITOCHU will receive a stake in Kaizen's Pinaya copper-gold project, in Peru, in exchange for sizable exploration financing.
