EFA closes $750m bond issue

Export Finance Australia (EFA) has completed its second RegS/144A US dollar bond issue, raising $750 million of five-year debt maturing in November 2029. The deal was seven times oversubscribed. UBS, Bank of America, JP Morgan, CBA and Credit Agricole were joint lead managers.
