Inca Minerals to acquire Stunalara Metals

Inca Minerals is set to acquire Australian exploration company Stunalara Metals. Stunalara shareholders will receive approximately 300 million fully paid Inca shares priced at $0.006, equating to roughly 22.6% of Inca post-bid. This would value Stunalara at A$1.8m ($1.13m).
