South Korea and US in stalemate over next steps for FTA talks

South Korean and US officials have failed to agree on how to move forward on talks over their 2012 free trade agreement (FTA), which Washington wants changed as it seeks to cut its $27.6 billion trade deficit with the East Asian nation.
