Nuclearelectrica seeks €540m syndicated loan for Cernavoda project

Romanian nuclear company Nuclearelectrica intends to sign a €540 million (almost $630 million) loan from a bank syndicate led by JP Morgan for the refurbishment of unit 1 of the Cernavoda nuclear power plant.The company's management has requested the shareholders' approval for the loan....
