MVM signs €1.2 billion Hungary CCGT financing

MVM Energy has signed a €1.24 billion ($1.46 billion) ECA-backed financing for the Tisza CCGT power plant in Hungary. SACE has provided 95% cover, with Intesa Sanpaolo acting as facility and ECA agent. ING and Citi acted as MLAs. The remainder of the 11-strong bank syndicate features...
