Former commodities giant Phibro bought by ex-Wall Street banker

A partnership founded by Simon Greenshields, the former co-head of commodities at Morgan Stanley, has bought US-based Phibro - once the 'largest physical commodity merchant in the world'. Energy Arbitrage Partners acquired Phibro from Occidental Petroleum.
