Ripple opens Mumbai office, names country head for India

Blockchain-powered payments company Ripple has opened a new office in Mumbai and named Navin Gupta as country manager for India. Gupta has 20 years of experience in payments and investment banking at HSBC and Citi in the US, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan and India.
