Yapi Kredi signs $1.35bn dual currency term loan facilities

Turkey's Yapı Kredi has signed a syndicated loan comprising a 367-day tranche and a two-year-and-one-business-day tranche totalling $1.35 billion. Bank of America Merrill Lynch and ICBC Yatirim acted as coordinating banks. The proceeds are for trade finance on-lending.
