Seoul unlikely to see $2.5bn it loaned to North Korea

South Korea is unlikely to get back $2.5 billion in outstanding loans and interest payments it provided North Korea as relations between the two nations freeze. Almost all the funds were handled by the Export-Import Bank of Korea.
