IFC and SMBC set up $1bn trade financing facility

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is teaming up with Japan's Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) to set up a $1 billion trade financing facility. The risks in the facility will be equally shared.
