JBIC and SMBC help seal loan to UAE pipe group

A consortium of lenders, including the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), have sealed a $185 million loan agreement with the United Arab Emirates' (UAE) Al Gharbia Pipe Company.
