Fortum buys 35MW of Russian solar from Hevel

Finnish clean-energy company Fortum has agreed with Russian solar power company Hevel Group to buy the 10MW solar developments at Pleshanovskaya and Grachevskaya in the Orenburg region, and the 15MW Bugulchanskaya solar farm in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
