Maaden closes on amend-and-extend revolver

Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) has closed an amend-and-extend on a murabaha revolver that was due to mature at the end of December. The facility, which was originally signed on 18 December 2012, has been extended by five years and reduced from SAR9 billion ($2.4 billion) to SAR7.5 billion...
