Velcan completes sale of 7MW Sukarame hydro project in Indonesia

Velcan has sold its 7MW hydroelectric power project in South Sumatera to a local IPP after experiencing problems agreeing a PPA with Indonesia's sole authorised buyer PLN. The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources had initially agreed an increased rate in late 2015 that PLN found too high....
