Chelsea Logistics submits unsolicited proposal for Sasa port

Chelsea Logistics Holding Corporation (CLC) has submitted an unsolicited proposal to rehabilitate and expand facilities at Sasa port in Davao City, the Philippines. CLC is looking at investing PHP16 billion ($295 million) in the two phase development over a 25-year concession period.
