China plans end to onshore wind subsidy

China's state planning agency, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has announced the end to subsidies for new onshore wind power projects.  Tariffs paid to onshore wind projects will be cut to as low as RMB0.29 ($0.0420) per kWh in 2020 and will end from the start of 2021....
